Who We Are
I am Wilmer Salmeron and my wife Lina has the biggest heart of anyone I’ve ever met before. She is constantly asking the question, “How can we give back?” Well, God has answered in a BIG way! Lina and I have been a follower of Christ for 25 years and are doing everything in our power to live out his command to “Go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.” (Matthew 28:19)
He also commands us to love our neighbor as ourselves and we have taken steps in our faith journey to begin serving those in need around the globe. Our organization inspires people to become part of a movement, where we desire to provide for those in need. God has handpicked me to leave Honduras, relocate me to America, and blessed me with a better life. He has set me apart and now has our family living this life for the glory of His Kingdom.
What We Do
In our first year since launching Our Heart for the World Inc, we have assisted with three projects that have been life-changing for those involved. We built a home, built a community Pavilion in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, and are in the process of building a sensory room for children with special needs in Valrico, Florida. The support and donations from friends, family, and fellow believers have empowered us to do more and encouraged us to keep going and keep growing! We assist in any way we can and pride ourselves on being the middleman for Jesus.
