Heartfelt Christmas

The joy of Christmas is special in many different ways for all of us. When we think of Christmas, we think of joy, being with family, eating good food, snow for those upper north of Florida that is, giving & opening gifts, but most of all the birth of Jesus. When I was growing up I was able to receive many gifts throughout all my Christmas seasons from family or close friends and man what a joy it was until I got older right haha just kidding. Why do I share all this with you? Well the reason behind this goes like this..

Two years ago in 2021 we felt in our hearts to do something special for children in San Pedro Sula, Honduras come Christmas time. What did we have on our minds? Well it was very difficult because we knew that we just couldn’t hop on a plane to be there in person and deliver gifts (even though this is the future of this project), so we agreed to fill one 200 lb pound box full of toys that were donated by our supporters and wow were we amazed of the support we received. We filled this box quickly and we shipped it off via Cargo Honduras shipping company in Tampa, FL.

Then came year 2022 and we decided to take it up a level and get two full boxes filled with toys for the children, but instead we filled three total boxes, yes THREE total boxes all from the support of you, Centerpoint Church FL and Elite Fence & Outdoor of Tampa Bay. Seeing the joy on the faces of the children around Christmas time warms our hearts tremendously. Most the children in Honduras do not receive anything for Christmas because life is so difficult for their parents due to many factors so for us to be able to give a little back is huge.

Fast forward to 2023, our goal this year is to kick off this Heartfelt Christmas project on November 1st, 2023. Our goal for this year’s project is to surpass the three box total and move up to four or even five boxes full of toys.
